I am a student at Texas A&M University studying Wildlife Science and Sociology and a dog handler for Search Dog Network. I have been on the team since January ’09. I started with a female German Shepherd who I trained in trailing however, sometimes your first dog doesn’t always work out so I now train a male German Shepherd, Kiba, in the same discipline. I plan on working for law enforcement when I get out of graduate school. I have had the opportunity to deploy in several areas, some of which include:

I am a SARTECH II and have several FEMA trainings as well. Kiba and I completed a workshop in Jacksboro, Tx in October 2010 to hone our trailing skills. We continue all the time to improve our knowledge so that we can be the best team possible
